kelana Jaya Line of RapidKL’s Light Rail Transit LRT
The Kelana Jaya Line is one of the two lines in the Kuala Lumpur Rail Transit System network, commonly called KL LRT, and it is operated by RapidKL Light Rail Transit. The other RapidKL Light Rail Transit line is the Ampang Line.
The Kelana Jaya line of the RapidKL Light rail Transit was formerly known as PUTRA LRT (Projek Usahasama Transit Ringan Automatik Sdn Bhd), and was officially changed from Putraline to Kelana Jaya Line in July 2005.

After a restructuring of ownership and management, the line is currently owned by Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad (SPNB) and operated by Rapid KL.
The Kelana Jaya Line, with 24 stations and a route distance of 29 km, was the world’s longest fully automated driverless metro system in the world when it was first launched. Today, it remains as the world’s second longest fully-automated driverless metro system and the longest self-powered metro in Asia.
